( Requires the skills of the visual and graphic artist and the industrial engineer. Is all about immediate emotional impact ). Second,  Behavior Design. The site of most human behavior. Its actions can be enhanced or inhibited by the reflective layer and, in turn, it can enhance or inhibit the visceral layer. ( Human-centered, focusing upon understanding and satisfying the needs of the actual users  ) Third, Reflective Design means  thought does not have direct access either to sensory input or to the control of behaviour.it watch over, reflect upon, and tries to bias the behavioural level. Note : Two ways of learning design : 1. Tabula Rasa by John Locke (UK) - refers to the epistemological idea that individuals are born without built-in mental content and that therefore all knowledge comes from experience or perception 2.
