Today lesson is about Aesthetics Assessment. It b ringing education assessment methods into a evaluation which is  Criterion referenced assessment , Norm - referenced  and Ipsative assessment.  First,  Criterion referenced assessment  is a principle or standard by which something may be judged or decided,t he assessment that examines whether or not one performed well or poorly on a given task.  Second, Norm- referenced assessment is a assessment that compares one to his, her or its peer.  Third, Ipsative assessment which ismm an ipsative assessment in an education/learning context compares a test-taker’s results against his or her previous results. I had overslept today, so I decided to join second class, haha ~ Well, today we had learn about Affect States. There is 3 levels of Affect States which is Reflective , Behavioral and Visceral.  First, Visceral Design makes rapid judgments of what is good or bad, safe or dangerous, and sends appropriate signals to the muscles (the motor system) and alerts the rest of the brain. ( Requires the skills of the visual and graphic artist and the industrial engineer. Is all about immediate emotional impact ). Second,  Behavior Design. The site of most human behavior. Its actions can be enhanced or inhibited by the reflective layer and, in turn, it can enhance or inhibit the visceral layer. ( Human-centered, focusing upon understanding and satisfying the needs of the actual users  ) Third, Reflective Design means  thought does not have direct access either to sensory input or to the control of behaviour.it watch over, reflect upon, and tries to bias the behavioural level. Beside that,

As usual , I ate some breakfast before I enter the class. Today, Dr.Tan told us that, that is two way of learning design, which is Tabula Rasa (UK teaching method) and Pragmatist (America teaching method). Dr.Tan ask students to draw his portrait in 1 minute and distinguish it in level A,B and C. After that, Dr.Tan ask students redraw his portrait again but he gave 2 minute in the second time, and we followed his request. The first portrait had been returned back and Dr.Tan ask student to make a comparison between two portrait. Well, for sure the second portrait is better because we had more time to completed. Note : Two ways of learning design : 1. Tabula Rasa by John Locke (UK) - refers to the epistemological idea that individuals are born without built-in mental content and that therefore all knowledge comes from experience or perception 2. Pragmatists  (Americanism) - consider thought an instrument or tool for prediction, problem solving and action, such as the nature
